LUNCH MENUS

Catering items and sample lunch menus

Have a look at our range of catering items and some sample menus.

The sample menu costs are indicative only and may need to be adapted to specific catering requirements for your function or event.

Customise your lunch menu

Any of the menu options can be used for your menu.

Tell us about any specific dietary requirements you have.

You can phone Harrys Catering on (03) 62346694 or send an email to harryscatering@iinet.net.au

After we have received the date the catering is required for we can then finalise the menu and other catering arrangements in the meantime.

Lunch costs

Harrys can provide a per person quote, or quote for your overall function or event.

Generally we need to know the final numbers 2 days before the catering is required.

GST

The GST is included in the quoted costs for the menus and other arrangements where it applies.

Other services

You may need to have with your function or event;

·        drinks – for example, apple or orange juice (in 2 litre containers), soft drink, or water

·        Tea and coffee service

·        Service persons (food and or drinks service)

·        Bar service and drinks

BREAD STYLE ITEMS (including vegetarian options)

MIXED PLATTERS OF CUT SANDWICHES
A colourful variety of mixed cut sandwiches

COCKTAIL OR CLUB SANDWICHES
Sandwiches with a variety of fillings made the same day

FOCACCIAS (1 focaccia triangle per serve)
Lunch size focaccia triangles with a variety of fillings

SALAD CREPE PORTIONS (one third size)
A plain, spinach or parsley flavoured crepe with a range of vegetarian or meat combinations and using dips such as hommus and guacamole

SMOKED SALMON CREPE PORTIONS (one third size)
Crepe with a creamy dill mayo to complement the salmon

BAGUETTES (half per person)
Harrys provides a selection of fillings for the baguettes

For gourmet baguettes fillings include smoked salmon, or leg ham or chicken accompanied by complimentary toppings

MINI SALAD ROLLS
Harrys provides a selection of fillings for the rolls (white or wholemeal)

MOUNTAIN BREAD WRAPS (half per person per serve)

Harrys provides a selection of fillings for the wraps

LUNCH BOXES

For your next conference/excursion Harrys can create a transportable Lunch Box ideal for outdoor picnics or field trips.

Harrys is experienced with preparing various types of lunches in this way. Harrys recently catered in this way for the sailing vessel, The James Craig, for its passengers and crew.

Suggested lunches include; sandwiches or filled rolls; salad; cake slice or muffin; piece of fruit; juice
