FUNCTIONS, CONFERENCES, COCKTAIL EVENTS

A good function or conference needs experienced catering services. Harrys can help to make your function or conference a success with a range of function or conference packages that can be tailored to suit your needs and budget.

Catering items and sample menus

Have a look at our range of catering items and some sample menus for more information by clicking on the left side of the website pages.

The sample menu costs are indicative only and may need to be adapted to specific catering requirements for your function or event.

Customise your menu

Any of the menu options can be used for your menu.

Please contact us to receive a customised quote for all your conference catering needs.

Tell us about any specific dietary requirements you have.

You can phone Harrys Catering on (03) 62346694 or send an email to harryscatering@iinet.net.au

After we have received the date the catering is required for we can then finalise the menu and other catering arrangements in the meantime.

Costs

Harrys can provide a per person quote, or quote for your overall function or event.

Generally we need to know the final numbers attending 2 days before the catering is required.

GST

The GST is included in the quoted costs for the menus and other arrangements where it applies.

Other services

You may need to have with your function or event;

·        drinks – for example, apple or orange juice (in 2 litre containers), soft drink, or water

·        Tea and coffee service

·        Service persons (food and or drinks service)

·        Bar service and drinks

SMOKED SALMON AND AVOCADO TARTLETS

Suitable hot or cold.

MINI QUICHE
Suitable hot or cold.
A variety of flavours available including Florentine, vegetarian, ham/cheese and sun dried tomato, Lorraine and many more.

MINI FILLET BEEF MIGNONS
Wrapped in bacon with a taste of hot English mustard

TANDOORI CHICKEN MIGNONS
Tandoori chicken wrapped in bacon

THAI CHICKEN MEATBALLS
Served with sweet chilli dipping sauce.

THAI STYLE CHICKEN KEBABS
Served with sweet chilli or plum dipping sauce

MARINATED LAMB KEBABS
Served with a minted yoghurt dipping sauce

SESAME CHICKEN PIECES
In a light Chinese batter,
served with a sweet chilli or plum dipping sauce.

SPICY BEEF MEATBALLS
Served with tangy BBQ dipping sauce.
Also great cold served on an antipasto platter.

TEMPURA FISH
Served with a tangy seafood sauce

Served with sweet chilli and/or soy sauce

Choice of mild curried vegetable, spicy lamb,
or savoury bacon filling.

SALAD CREPE PORTIONS (one third size)
A plain, spinach or parsley flavoured crepe with a range of vegetarian or meat combinations and using dips such as hommus and guacamole

SMOKED SALMON CREPE PORTIONS (one third size)
Crepe with a creamy dill mayo to complement the salmon

BAGUETTES (half per person)
